1. All known medical issues should be made known with each visit, as well as any medication they are on or that may need administering. You may be required to stay for the process of the groom with certain conditions.

 

2. Please do not bring in your dog if they have any parasites, especially fleas. If your dog has fleas, you will need to reschedule your appointment. There is a charge for dogs brought in with fleas.

 

3. If your dog comes into season, please inform us so we can schedule your appointment appropriately. Heats do not tend to last long and can be stressful for dogs so it is usually best to wait until their heat is finished before grooming.

 

4. We do not express anal glands or pluck ears under the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966.

 

5. There is a late pick-up fee starting 15 minutes after collection time, which is charged upon collection. I am a one-to-one groomer and therefore cannot have overlap between appointments.

6. No shows will be charged the full amount of the groom, so please give notice if you are unable to make your appointment.

7. The final price of the groom may be affected by factors such as matts, dog behaviour, et cetera.

8. In accordance with the Animal Welfare Act 2006, welfare clips may need to be administered due to excessive matting, and Buzz & Oreo's is not liable for any cuts or nicks which may result from that.
